Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are happy to offer free ground shipping within U.S. on orders over $10.

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders in the order that we receive them.  We strive to ship all orders placed by 10am MST Monday - Friday on the same day.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer 2 shipping options on U.S. orders for your convenience:

  1. USPS standard shipping, which will arrive in 3-8 business days
  2. Expedited shipping, which typically arrives in 2-5 business days

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the order, the country of destination and the shipping method, if you put all items in the cart and go to checkout, you will see the shipping costs, which are automatically calculated by the system.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit. We don't issue tracking number for free sample

Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the UPS or USPS sites.

What should I do if I only received a partial shipment?

It is possible your shipment was split based on product availability, and that the missing items will be shipped when they become available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

What should I do if I think my shipment is lost?

What should I do if my shipment arrived damaged?

If your order was damaged in-transit please contact us at (888) 572-5507 from 9am – 5pm MST Monday – Friday (except holidays) or email us info@ladiva.us to report a damaged shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer standard shipping on all international orders, using a combination of UPS and local carriers for last mile delivery. Delivery time is typically 10 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date due to potential customs delays. (Note: we are currently experiencing delays in processing and shipping international orders.  Please allow extra time for delivery.)
